Tonight... slow cooked pork loin in brown sugar, balsamic vinegar with Dijon mustard sauce. The very last hour it is coated again with a mixture of brown sugar and cinnamon, it sure smells delicious! The meat will be accompanied by mashed potatoes and broccoli. What's on your plate?

  1. This was absolutely delicious, plate licking good stuff. The worst part was there were no leftovers for lunch the next day!
